  Wow, this place is the WORST if you are a DD!!! 4, yes I repeat 4 of my friends and I decided to stop by for a drink. I went to the bar and ordered a highball and asked what the policy for DD (designated driver) drinks where. The rather rude bartender lady went on to tell me I could have water and that was it, for free. After I stated that, that, does not seem right she spouts off "We have a shuttle service!" So I paid $4.50 for a juice and my friends and I stayed one drink and left, to find a friendlier place. That actually cares about sober drivers and the fact, they bring in customers. I wouldn't go back here anytime soon and would not recommend this place for a few reasons this and rudeness being the main. Bottom line, Cheer's neighbor hood pub, you need a new attitude! Shame on you!

  Great live entertainment, inside is a little small it can get pretty packed in there. Waitresses are great and friendly. The server behind the bar isn't the best but what can you expect from someone who gets hit on by drunk assholes all night. Bathrooms need a face lift.
